2011/4/12-17イタリア　ミラノサローネ展覧会
（http://canon.jp/milano2011/exhibition/）にてCanon「NEOREAL WONDER」メイン空間をトラフ建築設計事務所が手がけました。
TORAFU ARCHITECTS produced the main space of CANON "NEOREAL WONDER" at the Milano Salone, from April 12, 2011.

本展覧会のために花模様の「空気の器」を制作しました。
We created air vases in flower print for the exhibition.

また、会場近くのGallerie Rossana Orlandi、
la Renascenteなどでも展示販売を開催し世界中の多くの方に感心をいただきました。

The air vase attracted global attention also at Gallerie Rossana Orlandi and la Renascente that displayed and sold the air vases.

「空気の器」
空気を包みこむように、かたちを自由に変えられる紙の器です。広げ方によって、小皿や小鉢、花瓶など用途に合わせて自由なかたちをつくることができます。紙なので薄くて軽く、器になると張りと強度がでます。使わない時はコンパクトに畳んでしまうこともできます。紙の表と裏で色が異なるため、見え方によって印象の変わる不思議な器です。

This is a paper bowl that enfolds air. You can freely change its shape by
molding it into a dish, a small bowl or a vase according to the intended
usage. The thin and lightweight paper gives strength and resistance to the bowl and allows it to be folded compactly when not in use. This intriguing bowl will catch your eye as the colors on each side of the paper create a different impression every time you look at it.
